David Ford

David is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of MIT Associates, LLC. David supervises all activities at MIT.

In the 35 years since David began his career in the financial services industry, he has developed a broad range of investment products including mutual funds, interval funds, ETFs, variable annuities and Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has led and been a senior managing member at several well-known investment companies including Fidelity Investments, Aetna, Hines Real Estate, W.P. Carey and Griffin Capital.

David earned his Undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Master’s degree from Colorado State University where he pioneered the effort to value climate change. David holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
